Intensive Chinese Language Program for International Students

为满足境内外国际学生的汉语学习需求，上海大学同步开设线上和线下长期汉语进修课程。教学形式多样，课程内容丰富，全面提升你的汉语水平，更能带你领略中国传统文化的魅力。

In order to meet the needs of domestic and overseas international students, Shanghai University will offer both online and on-site teaching Intensive Chinese language courses in 2022. Welcome to join us!

1、 项目特色 Program Features

1.1 形式多样：远程直播、录播视频和现场面授教学，多种教学形式可供选择；

Various forms: Provides remote broadcast, video recording and on-site teaching formats for choice.

1.2 内容丰富：提升汉语表达、阅读、写作能力，开设中国文化线上体验课;

Rich contents: Improve the ability of Chinese expression, reading and writing, provide online video courses of Chinese culture.

1.3 免费资源：免费提供录播视频、电子学习资料，可随时随地反复回看课程录播视频；

Free resources: Provide free courses recorded video and electronic learning materials, which can be viewed repeatedly anytime and anywhere.

1.4 出具成绩单、学分认证和结业证书;

Provide transcript with credits and electronic completion certificate.

2、 授课形式和地点Teaching Format and Location

   学生可选择一种授课方式参与课程Students can only choose one way of teaching to

   participate in the courses：

2.1 现场教学 On-site teaching

3、 课程内容Program Contents

3.1开课时间：Program duration

  2022春(Spring semester)：2022-03-07至2022-07-08

  2022秋(Fall semester)：2022-09-05至2023-01-06

      共18周，每周20课时 (18weeks in total, 20 class-hours per week)

3.2新生注册和授课平台测试：2022年3月7日-10日（暂定）

  Registration and platforms test: March 7-10,2022（Tentative）

3.4 汉语进修课程教学计划Curriculum (For reference only)

分6个等级A级（初级）-- E级（高级），学生可根据自身的语言水平选择相应的等级。

SHU provides six levels Chinese courses as following:

A level(Beginners), A+ level(Beginners),B level(Elementary),C level

(Pre-Intermediate),D level(Intermediate),E level(Advanced). Students can

choose the corresponding class according to their language level.

3.5 中国传统文化体验课Online Chinese traditional culture course

学校为国际学生开设了丰富的线上中国传统文化体验课，内容涉及中国书法、

音乐、绘画、武术、茶艺和上海著名景观等多种主题。

SHU provides online traditional Chinese culture courses for international students, covering Chinese calligraphy, music, painting, martial arts, tea art and virtual tours of famous landscape in Shanghai.

参与现场教学的学生有机会参加学校组织的线下参观访问活动，费用另计。

Students who participate in on-site teaching have the opportunity to take part in offline visiting activities organized by SHU,the cost is extra.

4、 项目证书 Program Certificate

完成规定课时，考核成绩合格者，学校颁发汉语进修项目《结业证书》、《成绩单》并附学分认证。完成长期汉语进修项目的学生每学期最多可获得20学分。

An electronic transcript with 20 credits and an electronic completion certificate will be issued to student who successfully complete all the courses and pass the examinations.

5、 入学流程 Procedures 

5.1 请根据下方报名方式完成网上申请。

5.2 请等待学校审核录取（学校将在3-5个工作日内完成初审，7-15个工作日内完成全  

    部审核）。

5.3请在2022年2月28日前，全额缴纳学费并将“学费支付凭证”(汇款单据照片或转

    账截图)发邮件到apply6@oa.shu.edu.cn

5.4学校将在3月1日前发送有关报到注册的通知邮件，请按照通知内容在规定时间内完成报到注册。

5.5 2022年3月7日-10日，所有新生需参加分班测试，参加线上课程的学生还须测试授课平台。

5.6 正式开课后的一周内可以申请换班。五人以上开班，不满五人的班级合并。

5.3 Pay tuition fee, send payment proof (Remittance receipt or screenshot can be used as proof) to email apply6@oa.shu.edu.cn before February28,2022.

5.4 The school will send a notification email about registration before March 1. Please finish the registration within the specified time according to the notification.

5.5 March 7-10, all new students are required to take a placement test. Students who participate in the online course should also test the teaching platform.

5.6 Students can apply for class change within one week after the course starts.Any group with less than five students will be merged.

6、 报名方式How to apply

   6.1 登陆上海大学网上申请系统报名https://apply.shu.edu.cn

Please login Shanghai University online application website https://apply.shu.edu.cn for registration.

      第一步：点击Apply now，用邮箱注册账号登录。

      Step 1： Click “Apply Now” and sign up with your email.

      第二步：选择“非学历项目——长期汉语项目”，填写个人信息，上传证件照、护照首页(或公民身份证)复印件，学习计划等申请材料；

Step 2：Select “Intensive Chinese Language Program” under “Non-degree Program”, fill in your personal information, upload required files such as ID photo,a copy of your passport（ID card is also acceptable and study plan.

      第三步：提交申请，等待审核；

     Step 3：Submit the application and wait for review.

     第四步：收到电子offer后点击确认offer，完成申请。

     Step 4：After receiving the electronic offer, click to confirm the offer and complete the application.

参与现场授课的学生，将在来校注册报到时取得纸质录取通知书和JW202表。对于参与线上授课的学生不发送纸质的录取文件。

Students who participate in the on-site courses will get the paper admission notice and JW202 form when they come to the school to register. For students participating in online courses, paper admission documents will not be sent.

6.2 报名截止日期Application Deadline

 6.3申请资格Eligibility

非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照；高中以上学历；年龄在18～45岁之间。

Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport; graduated from high school or above; between 18 and 45 years’ old.

7、 项目费用 Tuition Fee

7.1学费：9900元/学期/人；报名费：500元

8、 校内宿舍申请 On-campus accommodation

参加现场教学的学生，被录取后可以通过电子邮件提交校内住宿申请，学校视情况予以安排。参加线上授课的学生暂不能申请校内住宿。成功申请的学生须在指定期间内办理入住手续。宿舍类型有单人间和双人间，单人间每天140元，双人间每天70元，地点为延长校区，您也可以选择住在校园外。

Students who participate in on-site teaching can submit an application for on-campus accommodation by e-mail after being admitted, and the school will make arrangements according to the situation. Students participating in online courses cannot apply for on-campus accommodation.Students who successfully apply must check in on time. The dormitory types include single and double rooms, 140 yuan per day for single rooms and 70 yuan per day for double rooms. The location is at Yanchang campus. You can also choose to live out of campus.

9、 签证与保险 Visa &Insurance

学校可提供申请学习签证或居留许可（学习）的相关文件（仅针对参加现场教学的学生）.

2. 保险事宜About Insurance

有关保险产品的信息和费用，请参阅保险网站（www.lxbx.net）。保险费用如下：

参加线上授课的学生暂不需要购买保险。Students who participate in online courses do not need to buy insurance.

10、 疫情防控Epidemic prevention and control

参加现场授课的学生需满足入校条件，提出入校申请，经学校审批后方可入校上课。

Students attending on-site lectures must meet the epidemic prevention and control requirements of Shanghai Government and Shanghai university before coming to school for registration and attending the classes.

   根据国内疫情发展形势，为保障广大师生的安全与健康，学期期间，学校可能会根据

疫情防控要求将线下课程临时调整为线上课程。如在授课形式出现调整，请学生积极配合参与线上课程，已支付学费不予退费。

According to the epidemic situation in China, in order to protect the safety and health of teachers and students, SHU may temporarily adjust offline courses to online courses according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control during the semester. If this adjustment occurs during the semester, please cooperate with us and the tuition fee paid will not be refunded.
