Shanghai University is located in the transportation hub of China, which is the global financial city showing the world the prosperity of China’s economic development. 2021年上海大学HSK汉语水平考试线上辅导班招生简章 HSK是一项国际汉语能力标准化考试，考察汉语非第一语言的考生在生活、学习和工作中运用汉语进行交际的能力。考试成绩可以被国际考生用来申请进入中国大学学习，申请国际中文教师奖学金，也被许多国家政府部门和跨国企业作为招聘和提薪的考核依据。 为满足广大考生的考试需求，上海大学推出“HSK考前冲刺”线上辅导课程，分设HSK3、HSK4和HSK5三个不同级别的班，课程内容紧密结合HSK考试要求，围绕听力、阅读、书写三大板块进行教学。目的在于帮助考生短时间内掌握重点、难点知识和答题技巧，提升HSK考试成绩。 HSK is an international standardized Chinese proficiency test to measure the ability of non-native Chinese speakers to communicate in daily life, as well as academic and working settings.HSK test certificate can be used to enroll and study in Chinese university, apply for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. Many foreign governments and multinational companies have used HSK as criteria for recruitment and promotion. Shanghai University offers an online HSK tutor program which has courses of HSK level 3、level 4 and level 5 with content closely aligned with the requirements of the HSK test, focus on listening, reading and writing. 根据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作有关精神，结合本市疫情防控形势和我校实际情况，为做好国际学历新生报到注册及返校工作，现将相关事宜通知如下：一、 学生报到及相关安排1、 在中国大陆境内且符合入校条件的新生1) 报到形式：线下报到注册2) 报到日期：2021年8月30日（周一）9：00-16:003) 报到地点：根据上课地点到所在校区报到宝山校区：上海市宝山区锦秋路716号（北门），V楼一楼大厅；延长校区：上海市静安区广延路140号，国际教育学院国际学生教学楼二楼201教室（近校医院）嘉定校区：上海市嘉定区城中路20号，文德楼2楼2082、 在中国大陆境外或在中国大陆境内但不符合入校条件的新生1) 报到形式：线上报到注册2) 报到日期：2021年8月31日-9月10日注意：1. 请根据录取通知书上的上课地点所在校区报到，不建议跨校区报到；2. 9月10日后报到的新生，可能影响到学生秋季学期的课程安排；3. 因疫情或其他原因不能按期报到者需向学校履行请假手续。未履行请假手续，逾期两周未报到者（即9月24日后）取消入学资格。二、已在中国境内新生到校需具备的疫情防控条件如需申请进入校园进行线下报到注册，你需要满足以下条件：1. 目前在中国大陆境内，且已预付学费的正式录取的学生。2. 来自低风险地区（或被列为低风险地区超过21天）的新生，本人与共同居住的人员已完成返校前14天自我健康管理（完成报到前14天学校的“每日一报”，即从8月16日至8月30日），入校前没有发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状。学校“每日一报”方式参见附件。3. 本人或共同居住的人员不是确诊病例、疑似病例、密切接触者。4. 如符合以上条件，且在报到前14天（8月16日起）连续居住在上海的新生，无需提供核酸检测报告，可申请进校。5. 其他从外省市来上海的学生，须提供出发前48小时内新冠病毒核酸检测阴性报告方可申请进校。返沪后尽快进行1次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果阴性方可正常开展学习生活。6. 未经审批的学生，不得提前返校。如有以下情况，暂不返校，请做好线上报到及学习的准备，直至满足相关条件后方可申请返校：1. 本人或共同居住的家庭成员为确诊病例、核酸检测阳性者、疑似病例的，新冠肺炎密接、次密接者以及在流调过程中被通知需进行新冠病毒核酸检测的学生，应及时报告招生项目专员，并暂缓返校。核酸检测阳性者、疑似病例排除，确诊病例康复后1个月且新冠病毒核酸检测为阴性的，可以申请返校。2. 来自或途径疫情中高风险地区所在县（区、市及直辖市所在区）或当地政府宣布全城封闭管理地区的，以及来自或途径本市中高风险地区的，暂缓返校。本市中高风险地区严格按照本市发布的区域界定。3. 所在区域转为低风险地区不足21天的学生暂缓返校。居家做好健康观测至该地区将为低风险满21天后，提供出发前48小时内核酸检测阴性报告方可申请返校。4. 目前在上海，但14天内来自或途经疫情中高风险地区抵沪的学生，须实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果阴性方可申请返校。14天内有前往其他非中高风险地区城市的学生，进行1次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果阴性方可申请返校。5. 中国境外的新生，在尚未开放来华学习签证国家和地区的，暂不返校。注：风险等级可通过微信小程序“国务院客户端”自主查询。三、到校准备工作1. 入校申请：符合入校条件的新生请提前准备好随申码“绿码”、近14天行程卡、核酸检测阴性报告等材料（查询方式详见附件2），并于8月29日17:00前在上海“健康之路学生校园进出申请与审核（含返校）系统中提交入校申请，填写返程信息、提交申请要求中需要核酸检测的学生，还需要上传有效核酸检测报告。经院系审批通过后开通校门进出权限，学生按照申请日期如期返校。未经审批的学生，不得提前返校。操作指南参见附件1。2. 到校方式1) 鉴于疫情防控政策和个人安全，学校本学年不安排接机服务，学生可以自行乘坐公共交通抵校。来校交通方式详见附件3《来校交通方式说明》；2) 乘坐公共交通来校学生务必按要求全程佩戴口罩，做好防护；3) 自驾车来校学生，须轻装简行，校门口下车，自驾车不进校，陪同人员不进校。3. 进校方式新生凭学生证、护照，并进行体温检测，查验健康码、行程码，查验合格后到三个校区指定校门进校，住宿学生先到宿舍办理入住手续。三个校区指定入校地址如下： 延长校区：广延路校门。地址：上海市静安区广延路140号； 嘉定校区：城中路门。地址：上海市嘉定区城中路20号； 宝山校区：北门。地址：上海市宝山区锦秋路716号。4. 入校后校园管理1) 学生出入寝室、各校门需持学生卡刷卡；2) 入校后学生每日及时、如实填报每日一报，3天未填报将关闭校园进出权限；3) 学生到校后，要严格遵守学校疫情防控规定和进出校园管理规定，坚持“非必要不出校、非必要不聚集、非必要不离沪”，并做好自我健康防护。四、报到流程及需要的材料第一步：在线预报到：确认个人信息和专业信息，并上传以下材料至国际学生在校管理系统：1) 录取通知书2) 护照个人信息页3) 签证页4) 付费证明5) 境外人员临时住宿登记单或校内住宿登记单6) 最高学历证书、成绩单、语言能力证书 (与网申系统一致)7) 保险凭证第二步：正式报到：来校报到的学生请携带所有材料的原件和复印件各一份1) 招办复核材料：确认学生上传的材料是否齐全、是否与网申系统中的一致；如存在提供虚假材料等违规行为，一经发现，取消其入学资格；2) 学生缴费，财务确认付费情况3) 保险专员确认购买保险情况4) 辅导员确认新生报到状态，并通知研究生完成专业学院报到注意：1. 在线预报到系统开放时间和流程将邮件另行通知；2. 报到日当天无法现场报到的新生，在恢复线下授课、允许入校时，需重新进行材料复核、学籍确认工作。如存在提供虚假材料等违规行为，一经发现，取消学籍。五、其他重要事宜1. 关于录取材料发放 我校已于8月初邮件发送盖章版录取通知书扫描件。说明：（1）现居住在中国大陆境外的学生：因无法预知允许入境时间，暂不邮寄纸质录取材料。在未收到正式返校通知前，不得提前来华或抵校，请做好线上报到及学习的准备。学校将密切关注中国教育管理部门的相关政策。一旦允许入境，我们将及时通知，并邮寄纸质录取材料，请向驻当地中国领事馆申请X字签证后，办理来华手续。申请入境后要严格执行国家和本市相关管控措施，持健康码绿码且核酸检测为阴性的方可申请返校。（2）现居住在中国大陆境内的新生，将陆续收到学校寄发的学生证，请按照操作指南激活学生证，并按期“每日一报”和“返校申请”；现居住在中国大陆境外的新生，将在允许入境后补办学生证证件。2. 关于学费 根据政府和学校的政策，不管届时具体教学形式是线下教学还是线上教学，我校2021-2022学年的学费不会有变化。学费具体支付方式参见https://app;y.shu.edu.cn.1) 线下报到的新生，需在8月30日前通过支付宝或微信完成线上支付，或在8月30日报到现场用银行卡或信用卡支付（不接受现金支付）；2) 线上报到的新生，请在2021年8月31日24:00（北京时间）前通过支付宝或微信完成线上学费支付，并将所有费用的支付凭证（含预付学费和剩余学费）上传至国际学生在校管理系统。3. 关于奖学金生活费发放 如你的奖学金资助类别中包含生活费，请仔细阅读以下内容：1) 2021年9月在中国境内的学生正常开学报到并参与学校教学的学生，正常发放生活费。因报到注册后，新生需要申请中国大陆境内银行卡，9月底才能拿到第一笔生活费，请自行准备好第一个月的生活费（约人民币3000元）。2） 2021年9月在中国境外的学生能够按照学校要求参与线上教学的学生、保证正常学业进度并通过学业考核的，在返校报到后开始发放生活费（境外期间生活费不予补发）；无法按照学校要求参与在线学习的，可联系项目招生专员，申请保留入学资格一年（申请截止日期2021年9月30日）。4. 关于保险1) 所有境内新生（含各类奖学金生和自费生）自行登录网站（http://www.lxbx.net），购买保险，并留存保险凭证，具体参见附件4《自费来华留学生保险购买指南》；2) 境内奖学金生（中国政府奖学金生、孔子学院奖学金生、上海市政府奖学金生）的保险费用将由学校统一退还至学生境内银行卡；3) 境外新生暂不需要购买保险。5. 关于签证1) 在中国境内的学历新生，如在学校线下报到日期前在华签证将要到期，可向我校提出提前报到申请，具体可联系招生项目专员；2) 其他在中国境内的学历新生可在报到注册后，咨询辅导员关于签证办理事宜；3) 在中国境外的国际新生，请继续等待中国外交部和移民管理局的签证政策。 6. 关于住宿预定1) 校内住宿：在中国大陆境内并已预付学费被正式录取的新生，如需校内住宿，请根据上课地点前往所在校区指定宿舍楼办理入住。2) 校内住宿安排：宝山校区：W楼（本科生）、Z楼（硕士研究生）、V楼（博士研究生）；延长校区：莘远楼嘉定校区：谊园请注意：a) 只能在报到当天抵校。抵校后可先到宿舍前台办理入住手续；b) 因疫情防控要求，学校将集中安排校内宿舍。申请校内住宿的学生，须遵守相关安排及学校防疫管理规定；c) 在中国大陆境外以及不符合返校条件的新生暂不预定校内住宿。3) 校外住宿由于校内宿舍房间有限，上海大学无法保证所有学生均住在国际学生公寓。无预定或预订未成功的学生，请自行在出发前找好安全可靠的租住房间或酒店宾馆。7. 关于教学安排目前在中国大陆境外的新生，请做好线上学习的准备。关于秋季学期教学安排将在报到注册后另行通知。8. 联系方式本科生项目： 张理老师 apply1@oa.shu.edu.cn研究生项目： 张婷婷老师 apply9@oa.shu.edu.cn 中国政府奖学金和孔子学院奖学金项目： 刘圆老师 liuyuan2020@shu.edu.cn侯猛老师 apply8@oa.shu.edu.cn悉尼工商学院： 龚安妮老师 admission.silc@oa.shu.edu.cn 附件(详见相关下载）：1. 上海大学“每日一报”和返校申请操作指南Guide for daily health report and application for campus entry;2. 随申码和近14天旅居行程卡查询方式说明 Inquiry method of Shanghai health QR code and recent 14-day travel information；3. 来校交通方式说明 Transportation to Shanghai University；4. 来华留学生保险购买指南 Insurance Payment Method for International Student5. 新生如何激活学生证 (限收到学生证的中国大陆境内新生) How to activate the student card ( for new international students in mainland China)上海大学国际教育学院2021年8月23日
