一、 项目介绍Program Introduction为满足国际学生在汉语言知识与技能、文化感知与实践以及跨文化交际能力等方面达到进入我校汉语言、汉语国际教育本科专业学习的入学标准，并且能够更好地适应在华学习和生活，我校面向国际学生开设预科项目。每年春季入学（18周），申请时汉语水平须达到HSK3级180分及以上。6月预科顺利结业且汉语水平达到HSK4级180分以上，可于9月申请进入国际教育学院汉语言本科或者汉语国际教育专业学习；The international foundation program is designed for international students who are interested in the BA programs of Chinese Language and Chinese International Education, but have not yet met the entry requirements of BA Programs. 上海大学汉语言、汉语国际教育本科国际预科生（2024-2025学年）招生简章 一、 项目介绍Program Introduction为满足国际学生在汉语言知识与技能、文化感知与实践以及跨文化交际能力等方面达到进入我校汉语言、汉语国际教育本科专业学习的入学标准，并且能够更好地适应在华学习和生活，我校面向国际学生开设预科项目。每年秋季入学（36周），申请时无汉语基础要求。次年7月预科顺利结业且汉语水平达到HSK4级180分以上，可于当年9月申请进入国际教育学院汉语言本科或者汉语国际教育专业学习；The international foundation program is designed for international students who are interested in the BA programs of Chinese Language and Chinese International Education, but have not yet met the entry requirements of BA Programs. The Program aims to improve students’ Chinese language knowledge and skills, cultural perception and practice, and cross-cultural communication skills.The program is to be enrolled in Autumn with a duration of 36 weeks. There is no Chinese proficiency requirement when applying. The program may be organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group. Before the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made in consultation with the Host Institution(s) and such plan shall be submitted to CLEC for review and approval. 三、申请材料List of Application Materials1.与所有申请者有关的证明材料：For all applicants:（1）护照照片页扫描件A scanned copy of the passport photo page;（2）HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);（3）推荐机构负责人的推荐信A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution.2.与学历生有关的证明材料：For degree program applicants:(1)提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。A certificate of the highest diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript.(2)国际中文教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。Applicants of the Scholarship for a Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education are required to provide two reference letters from professors or associate professors. Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China.3.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer.4.未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China. 备注 Remarks1. 申请材料中非中文或英文的文件，需附公证或发证单位的中文/英文翻译件；Documents in the application materials that are not in Chinese or English must be attached with notarization or Chinese/English translation of the issuing unit;2. 材料申请时仅需要上传电子文件（PDF 或JPG格式），开学报到时需提供原件备查；Only the electronic files (PDF or JPG format) need to be uploaded when applying for materials, and the originals must be provided for reference when the journal is opened;3. 不接受纸质申请材料。Paper application materials are not accepted. 四、申请流程Application Procedures2024年3月1日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://www.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块申请，并登录上海大学网申系统（https://apply.shu.edu.cn/）同步申请。Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn) and Shanghai University application website (https://apply.shu.edu.cn/).1. 登录奖学金网站和上海大学网申系统，在线提交申请材料；Log in to the scholarship website and submit the application materials online;2. 推荐单位审核申请材料；Recommend the unit to review the application materials;3. 上海大学审核申请材料，并对符合标准的申请人进行视频面试；Shanghai University reviews the application materials and conducts video interviews for the applicants who meet the standards;4. 中心委托专家组集中评审：根据 HSK、HSK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前约3个月完成奖学金评审工作，发布评审结果；CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK scores and levels, and in consideration of country distribution as well as other factors. The scholarships for online programs provide support for tuition fees only.b) The Host Institutions use the accommodation fees to provide scholarship recipients with free on-campus accommodation (typically double rooms). Scholarship recipients may live off-campus upon application and approval from the Host Institutions. Under such circumstances, doctoral students are entitled to an accommodation allowance of RMB 1000 per person/month,and other students areentitled to RMB 700 per person/month paid on a monthly/quarterly basis by the Host Institutions.c)The living allowance is paid to the scholarship recipients by the Host Institutions on a monthly basis.The monthly allowance for undergraduates,one-year study program students and one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person; that for master’s students in International Chinese Language Education is RMB 3,000 per person; and that for doctoral students in International Chinese Language Education is RMB 3,500 per person.Scholarship recipients must register with the university within the periodstipulated in the Letter of Admission. Otherwise, the scholarship will be revoked. Students registered before the 15th (inclusive) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month,while those who are registered after the 15th are entitled to half of the amount.If a scholarship recipient leaves China for more than 15 days for personal reasons during the study period (excluding summer and winter vacations), the living allowance during the period of absence from China will be suspended.If a scholarship recipient is suspended or withdrawn from school for personal reasons or is subject to disciplinary action by the Host Institution, the living allowance from the date of suspension, withdrawal,or notification of disciplinary action will be suspended.The living allowance for graduating students is paid until half a month after the graduation date set by the Host Institution.d) The comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the Host Institutions in accordance with applicable regulations on overseas students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.
